This notice explains the information collected when you join the GAICC Community launch waitlist.

What we collect

Your name, email address, platform preference, signup and consent times, and the status of your three-month launch membership benefit. We use a temporary, non-readable client identifier to limit abuse; we do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist record.

Why we collect it

To record your place on the waitlist, contact you about the Community launch, and administer your launch benefit. Joining does not create an app account, start a paid subscription or activate a membership.

Your launch benefit

One pending three-month benefit is recorded per email address. Repeated signups do not create additional benefits or restart the signup date. At launch, activation will require verification of your email and the activation steps shared by GAICC.

Where your information is held

Waitlist records are held in the GAICC Community database. The website runs on Vercel and submits through the GAICC backend on Railway. Hosting providers may process technical request data under their own service policies. Waitlist records are not publicly listed, and payment details are not collected.

Your choices

You can ask to leave the waitlist, correct your details, or ask a question by emailing support@gaicc.org. We keep your signup while needed for the launch and benefit administration, or until you request removal, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

The waitlist does not enroll you in unrelated marketing campaigns. This page uses no advertising trackers and does not require an account.
